It is important to remember that its a false economy to pay for cheaply drawn plans that in some cases could actually reduce the value of your home and cost considerably more to construct. We prepare professionally designed schemes which maximises the potential of your property and is tailored to your exact requirements and above all is within your budget.
Please note that once we have visited you informally to discuss your plans, we prepare a full quote outlining our involvement, timescales and costs. Wherever possible we do this on a fixed fee basis so you know exactly how much it is going to cost and when payment will be required.
